CloudPad 0.7.3.19 Released

26 03 2009

A minor update and buf fix release of CloudPad is now available for download from SourceForge.

This should resolve the navigation failure issue reported on the last release. The way hyperlinks are handled has been restructured to fix the problem that occured with earlier versions of IE, which is used to display HTML in CloudPad.

I have been following CloudPad for a while and like it – but why no hot-keys ? Especially for clipping and pasting text ???

I am surprised that ColudPad its database records, not in the folder from which it is running, but mine’s papers. This negates the mobility! Would do well to change. I greet the author

This is a very useful utility! One very minor request, it’s a little hard to read black on dark green. Maybe a lighter green? Thanks folks.

My only suggestion would be to move “Create A new Note” icon to be the first icon.

Good app. I like it. Only there is a bug when selecting a note and going to the save screen there is words written on the bottom from the “Delete” button going across to the “Save” button.

Something like, “Note ID=8, Created 2/6/10, Last Change2/6/10″, write across one object button to the ‘Save’ button.

Fix that and you’ll have a really fine app.

What a lovely little program. It’s done away with the need for electronic or real stick-it notes all over my screen.
However, it’s always a shame when links don’t work and that is the case for the Report a Bug and the Request a Feature options in the Help menu. Yes, I know that these are quite trivial but it all reflects on the professionalism of the programmer.
Anyway, I was going to ask if you might consider adding keyboard shortcuts to allow us to switch easily between views, notes and toolbar buttons without having to use the mouse?
I think I’ll try out that Fire Screensaver. Keep up the good work.
Thanks
Brian

Many thanks for the program. Is there any way to change the font size in edit mode, for those of us who strain to read such small text? I can change the css, but only for view mode. Is there anything I can do (other than wait and hope for the option to change font size to appear in a future update, which I doubt will happen at all let alone any time soon)?
